Position Overview
The full-time worker will assist in providing pressure washing and other exterior cleaning services at residential and commercial properties. Work will be completed at various properties in Surrey, White Rock and Langley.

The worker will report to the owner at Evanish Property Services
Minimum Qualifications
The applicant works outdoors and in and in varying weather conditions including inclement weather
Exterior Cleaner and Pressure Washer
Surrey, BCThe full-time worker will assist in providing pressure washing and other exterior cleaning services at residential and commercial properties. Work will be completed at various properties in Surrey, White Rock and Langley.
- Pressure Washing (Driveways, parking lots, walkways etc.)
- Window cleaning (Squeegee and water-fed poles)
- House/Building washing
- Roof cleaning
- Soft washing
- Using ladders and working at heights
- Solve basic equipment issues
- Other duties as assigned
The worker will report to the owner at Evanish Property Services
- One year experience with related work
- Available on a full-time basis, including weekends
